• Our client, a well-established chain of restaurants in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit Restaurant Cooks to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing quality meals, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present meals according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is cooked hygienically, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation and stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Must be residing along Thika Road (this is mandatory).
• Previous experience as a cook in a busy restaurant or hospitality setup is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
