Description of Duties and Responsibilities (DoB)

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules.
  • Hold regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Customer Service Oversight

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor service quality on the floor.
  • Train staff in customer service etiquette and standards.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily income, expenses, and budgets.
  • Handle cash, banking, and invoicing.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement improvements.

Marketing and Promotion

  • Coordinate promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage social media presence or work with marketing teams.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors for co-branded promotions.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing laws.
