Restaurant Supervisor

  • This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who can deliver seamless service, inspire teams, and craft memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team
  • Uphold Baobab’s renowned service standards
  • Personally welcome and engage guests
  • Oversee rosters, training, and daily operations
  • Ensure every dining moment reflects excellence

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality/related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star resort
  • Preferred age: 30–40 years
