• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges such as traffic delays, unexpected road closures, or delivery issues.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle any concerns.
• Clear and effective communication skills to relay information to the dispatch team, customers, and colleagues.

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes in delivery schedules, traffic conditions, or other situations.
• A strong commitment to safety, following safety protocols, and using safety equipment appropriately, such as helmets or reflective gear.
