Rider Supervisor (10 Positions)

About the Role

  • Our client, a reputable security services provider based in Nairobi, is seeking to urgently recruit 10 qualified and experienced Rider Supervisors. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring optimal performance of a team of riders involved in patrol and response operations. The Rider Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring timely response, and upholding the company’s commitment to security and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of patrol and dispatch riders.
  • Monitor rider attendance, performance, and route compliance.
  • Ensure riders are adhering to safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and patrol audits.
  • Manage incident reports and ensure timely communication with the control room.
  • Train and mentor new riders to ensure high operational standards.
  • Track and report any mechanical issues or road safety concerns.
  • Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate rider coverage at all times.
  • Provide daily reports on rider movements and incidents.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • KCSE Certificate is mandatory.
  • Valid Riding Licence (Class F/G).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Rider Supervisor within the security industry.
  • Good understanding of Nairobi’s road network and traffic regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly in emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Physically fit and mentally alert.
