The company opened its first manufacturing facility in Mombasa, Kenya, in 1962, rapidly widening its reach to include further countries in East Africa, and then Southern Africa. Key responsibilities:

• Operate the roll forming machine as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Select, prepare and feed the Aluminium Zinc/Prepainted Aluminium Zinc coils into the roll forming machine.
• Set up of machine parameters to produce material as per the specified customer requirements.
• Ensure production volumes are met as per the respective targets provided.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance on the roll forming machine.
• Carry out general housekeeping and 6S on the shop floor.

Requirements

Qualifications required:

• KCSE and a craft certificate in Engineering or Trade Test Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 Year relevant work experience in a metal processing industry.
• Knowledge in 5K and Autonomous Maintenance will be an added advantage.
