Summary

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of ICT will lead the ICT realm with strategic and operational mastery, ensuring the Society’s technological needs are met with cost-effective, reliable, and customer-focused solutions.

Engagement Terms: Three-year contract, renewable based on your trailblazing performance.

Key Adventures and Responsibilities:

• Develop an ICT vision and strategy.
• Manage SACCO’s ICT infrastructure.
• Ensure efficient and reliable operation of technology, systems, and telecommunication services.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related ICT fields.
• Professional: ICT certifications (CISM, CISA, or similar) and active membership in a professional body.

Experience: Minimum 8 years, with 5 in a leadership role.
