Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and generation of sales reports and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales administration in a manufacturing campany is a plus.
