Job Description

Solvit is an On-Demand Asset and Situation Inspection Platform that sends its closest available roaming Solvers to assess assets and situations.

Sales Agent

  • We seek a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our offerings compellingly. Success in this role requires proactivity, sound decision-making, adaptability, and teamwork to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Your specific assignments, objectives, performance expectations, and milestones will be set and reviewed periodically by the Head of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities/Role and Deliverables

  • The specific duties, responsibilities and objectives towards the Company are set out below:
  • Solicit and procure on the company’s behalf valuation and assessment services clients,
  • Selling valuation services by meeting the prospects, presenting and demonstrating,
  • Onboarding new partnerships,
  • Inducing the prospects to use our services, taking instructions and effecting sales,
  • Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities;
  • Manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered;
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling;
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentation
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following any defined selling process with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.
  • Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring;
  •  Any other tasks assigned to your Supervisor.

  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating deals and persuading clients to adopt our valuation solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Capable of analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and tech-driven sales platforms.
  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Experience working with valuation services, fintech solutions, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
