Job Purpose:

• The sales and Relationship Officer is a point of contact between the company and the customers. S/he is responsible for serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Collect payment both in cash and credit
• Redeem client stamps and coupons
• Issue receipts, refunds and tickets
• Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers
• Ensuring clients are well informed about products
