Sales Consultant (Fiber Optic Solutions)

Position Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to offer fiber optic solutions to enterprise clients. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, understanding customer needs, and presenting fiber optic solutions that meet their requirements in collaboration with our technical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-centricity and technical expertise to drive B2B sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in cold calling to reach potential clients and identify their needs
  • Offer tailored fiber optic solutions and communicate the value proposition effectively
  • Collaborate with the technical team to arrange presentations and prepare quotations
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and set up meetings to discuss proposed solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and continuously expand the customer base

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of fiber optics solutions, products, and processes
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in fiber optics
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively
