Summary

Our client a Container shipping and leasing company is seeking Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global leader in container trading. The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in container sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent service and effective communication.
  • Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive information.

Qualifications:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in container sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
