Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To drive sales, build relationships with customers and promote events, activities and packages to maximize revenue generation including building partnership and enhancing the park’s brand image.

Description:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to target corporate clients.
  • Build & maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs & providing customized solutions.
  • Create sales pitches, presentations, sales collateral, and proposals that will help convert leads into customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing structures with B2B partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Prepare and analyze the sales reports including ROI, conversation rates, customer acquisition cost, sales activities & performance metrics
  • Proactively followup with clients to nurture relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to maximize reach and sakes opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Coordinate with the events team to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded during their visit
  • Stay informed about the range of attractions, services, and special events offered by the FEC to provide accurate information and compelling recommendations to customers
  • Any other task assigned by the manager.

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work outdoors as required.
