Sales Executive – Battery Energy Storage Systems

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our renewable energy portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for battery energy storage solutions.
  • Promote BESS products to businesses, institutions, and residential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in renewable energy.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during project implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years sales experience (energy, solar, electrical, or technical products preferred).
  • Good understanding of solar systems or battery storage solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage.
