Job Summary:

Results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record of exceeding targets and cultivating strong client relationships. Skilled in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales. A dynamic communicator with a passion for achieving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales and customer relations strategies and grow the market share.
  • Analyses the market potential and develop strategies for achieving the sales targets.
  • Prospect for a new business to grow market share and income.
  • Respond to tenders and requests for information on time.
  • Keep abreast of issues affecting the market and conduct market intelligence to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional levels of service to promote client retention.
  • Preparing sales letters/communications to clients, including presentations and quotations, outlining detailed MCT  offers to the customers.
  • Maintain reports on new customers brought on board/ volumes and ensure daily status reports are sent.
  • Address customer queries and complaints effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Degree in sales and marketing
  • 5 years of relevant experience
