DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate, follow up, close the sales, Maintaining and ensuring quality relationships with clients.
  • Developing and increasing business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure the accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned region, focusing on developing new business and expanding existing business
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers
  • Monitoring and ensuring customer payments and collection of accounts are in a timely manner.
  • Organizes for and actions on planned promotional activities in the region
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years’ sales experience in an FMCG setting
  • Clean driving license (BCE) an added advantage
