Job Description

Pipe Masters and Plastics Limited is a leading manufacturer in the PVC/HDPE  pipe industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Industry: PVC/HDPE Pipe Manufacturing

Location: Athi River

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry, including builders, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the company and the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in sales, marketing or business related field
  • 4 years’ sales and marketing experience in selling PVC/HDPE Pipes, electrical and waste fittings will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure sales deals
  • In-depth knowledge of the PVC /HDPE pipe industry, including understanding of product specifications, applications, and market dynamics
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
