Job Description

Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC) was incorporated in 1997 as a limited liability company whose overall aim is to provide Human Resource consultancy and training services to a diverse set of industries and economic sectors; both private and public.

Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Suitable candidates MUST have at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must have a background in finance either from a SACCO or Bank.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
