Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across key segments: corporate, government, NGOs, leisure groups, and event organizers
  • Generate group bookings, events, and long-term corporate partnerships
  • Actively promote all three properties based on client needs and market opportunities
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct site visits and client presentations for all venues

Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular follow-up and upselling
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position Simba Hospitality strategically
  • Regularly research and report on new business leads and industry developments

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales database
  • Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates to management through weekly and monthly reports.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions on behalf of the brand
