Job Description

The Tilisi Masterplan has been designed to incorporate all the amenities and facilities to ensure you get the best of both worlds; An urban experience in a serene location. As a master-planned and managed development with world-class infrastructure, Tilisi comprises of light industrial, residential, educational, medical, recreational, hospitality, commercial and retail uses, ultimately offering an all encompassing corporate and community experience.

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for Tilisi’s residential housing units.
  • Conduct site visits, pitch to prospects, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation.
  • Manage client communication, legal documentation, and payments.
  • Support buyers through handovers and after-sales service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years in real estate or 5+ years in high-value sales.
  • Proven sales track record and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • A go-getter with exceptional attention to detail, CRM proficiency, and client focus.
