Sales Executive – Wholesale Cereals

  • Our client, a fast-growing cereals distribution company, is seeking to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead market expansion and strengthen the company’s presence in the wholesale cereals segment.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a solid background in B2B cereals sales, distribution, or FMCG trade, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage bulk buyers of cereals, including supermarkets, wholesalers, food distributors, and packaging brands.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to enhance repeat orders and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales and market penetration of the company’s in-house brand, Zera Oasis.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients to maximize business potential.
  • Provide periodic market insights, competitor trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in wholesale cereals or FMCG sales.
  • Excellent understanding of Kenya’s cereals distribution network.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driving license or reliable mobility will be an added advantage.

Compensation Package

  • Gross Salary: Ksh. 60,000 per month.
  • Transport Allowance: Ksh. 4,000 per week (paid in advance).

  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
