Job Description

Total Security Surveillance is a leading provider of security and asset tracking services with offices in all the major Kenyan towns. Sales Executives

As part of our commercial expansion strategy, we are seeking dynamic, high-impact Sales Executives to play a central role in strengthening our market presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.

This position is ideal for ambitious professionals who understand the security landscape, excel in client acquisition, and are capable of positioning value-driven security solutions to diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive sales of manned guarding and electronic security solutions across assigned markets.
  • Execute structured lead-generation initiatives including cold calls, networking, referrals, and sector-specific outreach.
  • Conduct competitor mapping and provide insights for strategic market positioning.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Engage clients to understand their operational risks, security gaps, and service expectations.
  • Recommend smart, tailor-made security solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Prepare well-structured proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers and senior executives.
  • Establish lasting client relationships founded on transparency, trust, and consistent service delivery.
  • Provide continuous client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure timely onboarding, contract execution, and service activation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, client engagements, and pipeline progress using company tools.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales updates to management.
  • Actively contribute to strategic discussions by sharing market trends, customer insights, and competitive developments.

 Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • BCom (Sales & Marketing option), Diploma in Sales & Marketing, CIM, KIM, or related professional training.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in Sales, preferably in Security, insurance, and property management sector (Experience in security solutions -manned guarding/alarms/CCTV) within a private security company will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Age: 27 years and above.
