Our Client who produces the best technology solutions which keep the travel sector moving are looking to recruit Sales Executives.
2 Positions
The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring achievement of the assigned account management objectives via the acquisition of clients in the portfolio in accordance with the company’s commercial policies.

The main objective of this role is to apply commercial strategy to the micro Segment unit and ensuring achievement of objectives in accordance with designing a strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face of the company in front of the customer.
  • Responsible for the commercial relationships with customers.
  • Act as the link between the account and the organization for all client needs.
  • Liaising/ coordinating the various departments, to ensure customer support & satisfaction.
  • Retain business.
  • Analyse and understand the business needs and requirements of the customer.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the organization’s product portfolio within the market segment.
  • Collect input and analyse the customers’ business, organisation, decision making criteria, strategy etc.
  • Execute account plans for relevant customers.
  • Provide/ update input to the sales pipeline.
  • Provide input to weekly reports.
  • Analyse and report potential business risks to the management and propose action to be taken.
  • Close coordination/ cooperation with other business units regarding any related commercial/ functional opportunity.
  • Must have a Degree/diploma in sales and marketing or a related field.
  • Must have 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must have an understanding of the travel industry.
  • Able to implement commercial strategy.
  • Should have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Should have excellent relationship and communication skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 50,000/= plus commissions (Approx. 500 USD)
