Job Summary

The Sales Guarding Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products, including logbook loans, asset financing, and business loans. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in sales and marketing to engage clients, build relationships, and close deals effectively. They will also act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the process of acquiring financial products that meet their needs.

  • Minimum Experience: Must hold a degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience length: 3 year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet set targets for financial products.
  • Identify potential customers and conduct product presentations to secure sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most appropriate financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends and competitive products to inform sales tactics.
  • Actively seek and generate new sales leads, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Be knowledgeable about logbook loans, asset financing, business loans, and other relevant products.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and the terms and conditions to customers.
  • Negotiate terms of financial products to fit client needs while adhering to company policies.
  • Secure new clients through targeted sales activities, closing deals effectively.
  • Offer post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
  • Address client concerns or queries regarding products and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial products sold.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling logbook loans, asset financing, business loans, or related financial products.
  • Must hold a degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and the lending process.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
