Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales in a high-performing organization.
  • Experience in last-mile distribution, preferably in the clean energy sector.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analysis to extract valuable insights from customer
  • environments, strategically optimizing sales opportunities, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively with the sales team, change agents and cross- functional departments.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT-

  • The successful applicant must have experience in riding a motorcycle.
