Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client, an established construction chemicals manufacturing business in Kenya, is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business development and grow its concrete admixtures and specialised additives portfolio.

This role is suited to a professional who understands technical B2B sales, can build strong relationships across the concrete value chain, and knows how to turn product trials and customer opportunities into sustainable, profitable business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–10 years of relevant B2B sales experience in concrete admixtures, construction chemicals, cement, ready-mix concrete, precast concrete, or related technical materials.
• A sound understanding of concrete technology and admixture applications.
• Established relationships within Kenya’s construction and concrete industry.
• Strong negotiation, account management, and business development capabilities.
