Job Description

Summary

  • This role, reporting to the Head of Sales, is pivotal in providing leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve established goals and objectives for increased sales, gross profit and return on investment. You’ll be expected to consistently review performance by customer and team members, analyse data and trends, and determine appropriate courses of action. To be successful in this role, you will need previous sales manager experience along with the desire to mentor and leverage your knowledge of sales and processes, and to think strategically to achieve goals.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious, highly motivated individual with up to the date technical understanding of paper and corrugated packaging. It is essential for you to have a solid track record of success in sales manager positions within the corrugated sector and a passion for developing and executing strategies. You must have an ability to communicate effectively with team members and an aptitude for problem-solving.
