Sales Manager

Open doors. Keep them open. Own corporate and institutional sales across large companies and SMEs, embassies, NGOs and travel agents. Build the pipeline, win the accounts and turn first stays into long-term relationships, then build and lead the sales team.

YOU WILL

  • Win and grow corporate accounts
  • Negotiate corporate rates and contracts.
  • Run key-account reviews
  • Represent YourHost at events

YOU BRING

  • 5+ years B2B sales, hospitality preferred
  • A strong Nairobi network
  • Confident negotiating and presenting
  • CRM discipline, comfort with numbers
