CDL was founded in early 2003 by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue leads
• Educate prospects through calls, visits, and presentations
• Provide outstanding support to existing customers
• Understand our target market and selling value proposition
• Meet and maintain sales targets
• Research prospective buyers and understand their needs
• Develop strong relationships with customers
• Implement sales and marketing strategies
• Communicate feedback from customers to improve our products and services

• Proven experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
