Job Description

Stan Consulting Group Limited was established in the year 2009, with an objective of providing a wide range of consulting services to our clients. We (SCG Ltd) are NITA Approved trainer (NITA/TRN/805) and IHRM registered trainer (IHRM C00304).

Sales Personnel

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years Proven experience in sales (automotive sales preferred)
  • Be 30 years of age or older.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good understanding of automotive products and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Persuasive and confident presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes
  • Good understanding of customer service principles
