Sales Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and actionable feedback to sales reps.
  • Analyze performance trends and prepare reports.
  • Participate in calibration and training sessions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales QA/Quality Analyst (required).
  • Previous experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Experience with CRM and QA tools.
  • Advanced English (C1+).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
