Sales Representative (Building & Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Target Achievement; Deliver monthly and quarterly cement tonnage and revenue targets by securing supply agreements on active infrastructure, commercial, and residential construction projects nationally across active project  sites.
  2. Project Lead Generation & Pipeline Management; Proactively identify, qualify, and maintain a live pipeline of active and upcoming construction projects engaging site engineers, procurement officers, quantity surveyors, and main contractors at  the earliest stage of project planning.
  3.  Technical Assistance; Provide on-ground guidance on cement grades (e.g.,  Portland vs. blended) and basic mix design optimization to meet project  specifications
  4. Account Conversion & Order Management; Convert qualified project leads into confirmed supply accounts by delivering tailored proposals, managing the end-to end quotation and contracting process, and ensuring all order terms are agreed and executed
  5. Relationship Management; Build and maintain high-trust working relationships with site managers, project consultants, procurement teams, and main contractors to ensure Savannah Cement remains the preferred and repeat supplier throughout  the project lifecycle.
  6. Order Management; Handle the end-to-end process of receiving orders, generating quotes, and ensuring contract terms are met.
  7. Premium Product Promotion; Actively promote and sell Savannah Cement’s  specialty and eco-friendly cement grades to project teams, positioning product  performance and sustainability benefits as value-adds aligned to project  requirements
  8. Market Monitoring: Report on competitor pricing, local availability, and new  project ground breakings within the assigned territory; Submit accurate weekly and  monthly reports to the Head of Sales covering project pipeline status, volume
  9. Logistics Liaison; Liaise daily with the logistics and supply chain teams to confirm delivery schedules, track consignments, resolve shortfalls, and ensure cement arrives at project sites on time and in the correct quantities
