Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, you will: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting. Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical information and explanations. Prepare and present quotations to potential clients. Manage an assigned set of markets and client/accounts. Establish and maintain business relationships to foster sales and ensure client satisfaction. Identify prospects and leads for business development. Present regular reports on sales activities. Utilize social media advertising and send out marketing materials. Visit sites to provide information on our Top Organic Fertilizer and Bio mass bricketts.

Requirements & Skills

Business-related Degree or Diploma in sales and marketing or a related field or extensive experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry.  Digital literacy, including proficiency in social media advertising Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines. Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a demanding environment.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Job Description: Sales Representative at Tosheka Products Are you a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for making a positive impact? Join Tosheka Products as a Sales Representative and be a key player in introducing innovative solutions to farm communities  As a Sales Representative, your role involves achieving and exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. Reqs. 4 months trial after which a six month renewable contract.

Compensation Monthly retainer of ksh 15 – 20 K + Travel and phone allowances expenses + 10 % of monthly sales.
