Sales Team Leader- Nairobi

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Build and manage a quality loan portfolio
  • Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents
  • Monitor portfolio performance and collections
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a sales team
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

 

Sales Team Leader- Machakos

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

  • Meeting monthly loan disbursement targets.
  • PAR maintained at 10% or below.
  • Preparing weekly marketing and activation plans
  • Generate New business & cross sell NCL products to existing customers
  • Create market awareness for the company’s product.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing/ business related field
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office applications
  • Experience in import financing will be an added advantage.
  • Training on NCL Marketing plan and policies & procedures
