Tezza Business Solutions Ltd is a “niche” service provider of Software Development, Quality Assurance and Software Testing services. Tezza began its operations as Web Development company in 2000 in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SAP BI/BW reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Create and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Develop and optimize SAP HANA models and views for improved performance.
• Implement SAP BusinessObjects solutions, including Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboards.
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BI systems and reports.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP BI tools.
• Stay current with SAP BI best practices and emerging technologies in the financial sector.
• Assist in the migration of legacy reports to SAP BI platforms.
• 1Participate in the implementation of data governance and security measures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP BI development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong proficiency in SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, and SAP HANA
• Experience with SAP Data Services and ETL processes
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
• Familiarity with banking processes and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with agile development methodologies will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams
• 1SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence, SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA) will be an added advantage.

Additional Skills (preferred but not required):

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
• Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
