• We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong background in Healthcare or Home Care and an excellent level of English (90%+ spoken and written). This role is responsible for managing caregiver and patient schedules, coordinating appointments and interviews, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and shifts for caregivers, clients, and patients.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to confirm, adjust, and manage schedules.
• Communicate constantly with staff, clients, and management to ensure service quality.
• Manage interview and meeting schedules, including confirmations and last‑minute changes.
• Support recruitment, hiring processes, orientations, and basic HR administration.
• Assist with payroll support tasks such as timesheet verification and data entry.
• Maintain accurate employee records and perform general administrative and on‑call coordination duties.

Work Schedule (On-Site)

• Monday – Thursday: 16:00 – 09:00
• Friday: 16:00 – 23:59
• Saturday: 00:00 – 23:59
• Sunday: 00:00 – 09:00

Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency (90% or higher).
• Previous experience as a Scheduler, preferably in Healthcare or Home Care.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
