Scheduler

Key Responsibilities~

  • Schedule Management~ Create and optimize caregiver schedules.
  • Strategic Matching~ Pair caregivers with clients based on skills and compatibility.
  • Crisis Response~ Handle schedule changes and emergencies with speed and calm.
  • Effective Communication~ Act as the main link between staff and clients.
  • Compliance~ Ensure all documentation meets industry standards.

  • Proven experience in complex scheduling or logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
