Responsibilities

  • lnstruction and Lesson Delivery- plan and teach lessons in line with the curriculum, using appropnate teaching
  • methods to support student understanding and engagement.
  • Assessment and Evaluation– prepare tests, assignments, and exams; mark and provide feedback; monitor and record students’ academic progress.
  • Classroom Management – maintain discrpline, create a safe and inclusive leaming environment, and manage student behavior effectively.
  • Student Support and Guidance– mentor and guide students on academic and personal development, identify learning difficulties, and refer cases where necessary.
