Job Description

Security Supervisor – Guarding

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage security personnel
  • Ensure proper deployment and site coverage
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Enforce SOPs, discipline and security standards
  • Train and guide guards on site
  • Manage off-duty and leave schedules
  • Liaise with clients on operational matters
  • Prepare weekly and monthly supervision reports

Requirements

  • Diploma in Security/Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
