Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• CPA Finalist – Mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience within the FMCG industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or Business Central – Mandatory.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting, costing, and financial controls.
• Practical experience in VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. High level of accuracy, integrity, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inventory reconciliations, stock valuation, and cost analysis.
• Prepare statutory tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and support cash flow management.
• Manage General Ledger postings, account allocations, and financial records.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting data in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Manage fixed assets, including records, reconciliations, and depreciation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
• Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis as required.
