• Strong experience in software development, with expertise in one or more relevant programming languages.
• Experience in developing complex software systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in leveraging technology for environmental solutions.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers.
