Job Description

Sheffield Steel Systems was set up in 2003 with the aim of providing customized solutions suitable for the hospitality industry in Africa. Over the years the company has grown having installed over 7000 kitchens across Africa with some in Nigeria and Zambia.

Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as design engineering, product design, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software. They will work on projects involving mechanical and electrical engineering aspects within Sheffield Africa Ltd.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Civil Engineering background
  • Atleast 10 years of experince in the design field.
  • Design Engineering and Product Design skills
  • Mechanical Engineering knowledge
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD),Archicad
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
