Job Description

Today, Pwani Oil Product modern state of the art factory at Jomvu, Mombasa, has expanded and has a capacity to refine over 620 metric tonnes of oil a day, prepared to the highest international standards. Adding to this, Pwani Oil Products new production facility at Kikambala has impacted the washing and cleaning industry with excellent laundry and bathing soaps, which is to the highest quality. Senior Executive-HRBP Commercial: Kikambala

Key Responsibilities.

  • Strategic HR Partnering: Align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Support recruitment succession, and retention.
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Guide managers on performance, conduct, and engagement.
  • Learning, Change & Compliance: Drive development, manage change, and ensure compliance.
  • Leadership & Operations: Lead teams and oversee efficient HR and administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with 1 year of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
