Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or CIMA) with active membership in good standing.
• Minimum of 8 years’ demonstrated experience in public sector assurance, advisory, and consulting assignments within PFM environments.
• Proven Technical Assistance experience supporting Ministries of Finance, international development partners, or health sector programs.
• Must be resident in the country of application and fluent in the relevant national/local language.
