POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Development Department in Data & Tech is at the forefront of driving transformative growth and impact in the fields of sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and ecosystem conservation. With a strategic focus on innovation, collaboration, and a customer- centric approach, this dynamic department plays a crucial role in crafting and delivering ground breaking products. From end-to-end product lifecycle management to scalable design thinking, the team spearheads initiatives that align with overarching business goals. Through interdisciplinary stakeholder consultation, continuous improvement, and strategic partnerships, the Product Development Department stands as a catalyst for achieving the organization’s mission.

This role is positioned within the Product Implementation team, supporting the Product Managers in the implementation of technical changes and strategic initiatives. The Implementation team ensures that changes are managed proactively and that all internal stakeholders have what they need to integrate the changes in their day-to-day work.

RESPNSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining rollout plans
    • Ensure deliverables such as communications, documentation, training and translations are included;
    • Work with Product Managers and other key internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Owners, Sector Leads, Customer facing units, Communications, etc) to ensure that implementation is built into project plans and budgets, define the implementation timelines, objectives and responsibilities;
    • Monitor & handle rollout progress;
  • Build organizational readiness by:
    • Ensuring that internal and external trainings are planned and delivered according to the implementation plan (in partnership with the training teams);
    • Planning and coordinating the communication materials and engagement plan such as emails, documents, and website content, in all relevant languages (in partnership with Marketing and Communications teams);
  • Evaluate, learn & find opportunities to improve and carry out the implementation process, procedures and tools;
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration/Change Management or related field;
  • 5+ years’ relevant work experience within project implementation related work field
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project & problem solving techniques
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive manner, work proactively across a wide range of functions and stakeholder groups;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact culturally, linguistically, and diplomatically with diverse internal and external individuals;
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally;
