Summary

A renewable energy investment business, based in Kenya, is looking to recruit a Kenyan local to take on their Business Operations Senior Manager role.

Senior Manager Business Operations requirements:

• Experience working in operations, IT, or business intelligence at a top-tier international corporation or consulting for similar clients OR
• Experience working in operations, IT, or business intelligence supporting the growth of a start-up enterprise
• Energy/Renewable energy industry experience
• Background in change management or business process optimisation
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to operate and create structure in a changing context
• Bachelor’s degree a must

Senior Manager Business Operations responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain process and data flow maps for core teams within the Investment, Technical, and Operations departments.
• Formulate company policies and procedures to document operational strategies.
• Emphasise revenue growth analysis and recommend and execute best practices to enhance revenue within the company’s energy access portfolio.
• Supervise knowledge management efforts and introduce enhanced information-sharing methods among functional teams
