As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
  • Lead teams of experienced Senior Associates and Associates to solve client problems.
  • Utilize analytical skills required to solve challenging business problems.
  • Communicate with team members and clients and work well in inclusive teams to deliver value for our clients.
  • Business development through relationship building in the market, opportunities identification and providing sound advice through engagement management.
  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
  • Supports the team members in completing the assigned engagement or project by coordinating the implementation of the agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Cost-effective budgeting, cost management, and profitability management are used to manage the engagement budget.
  • Review your work and that of your team for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.
  • Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.

Requirements

Minimum experience required

  • A relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Strategy, or related field) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ work experience in management consulting, strategy, and/or business operations
