Senior Relationship Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks, to manage a portfolio of accounts and to ensure customers’ needs and requests are met, to respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver positive customer experience.
  • You ought to have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales of hotel accommodation, conferences, meetings, Food & Beverage, weddings, events, spa, transfers, retreats and team-building packages across corporate, government, NGOs, UN, counties, schools, churches, airlines, social and individual clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate new business and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct daily sales calls, client visits, appointments and follow-ups, ensuring all leads and opportunities are tracked through to closure.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals and other sales documentation in line with company policies and client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive business development, upselling and conversion of leads.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify market trends, business opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain accurate sales trackers and provide timely updates on prospects, confirmed business and sales activities.
  • Ensure timely attendance to scheduled client appointments and respond promptly to client enquiries and requests.
  • Promote excellent customer satisfaction by consistently upholding PrideInn Values and the Employee Voice of Honour.
  • Gather and share client feedback with relevant teams to support service improvement and enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Experience Length: 3 Years
