Senior SaaS Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients across logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, and fleet-driven sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, directors, and operational leaders.
  • Leverage consultative selling to articulate the business value, ROI, and competitive advantage of LogixFleet solutions.
  • Enterprise Account Management
  • Lead complex negotiations and deal structuring for multi-year contracts.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Drive account expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning additional modules (POS, Order Management, Fleet Solutions) with client needs.
  • Market Intelligence & Leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position LogixFleet as a category leader.
  • Represent LogixFleet at industry events, trade fairs, and executive networking forums.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies and product development.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 100,000 150,000 Net (based on experience & performance).
  • Commissions: Uncapped, performance-driven.
  • Transport Allowance: Provided.
  • Airtime Allowance: Provided.
  • Probation Period: 3 months, renewable to permanent upon performance.
  • Work Location: Nairobi – Kenya.
  • Reports directly to the CEO & Product Manager.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS/Technology sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise sales role. Proven track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Strong network and relationships within logistics, FMCG, e- commerce, construction, and corporate mobility sectors.
  • Exceptional skills in solution pitching, consultative selling, and enterprise negotiations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to present ROI- driven proposals to executives.
  • Fluency in English & Kiswahili; excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or growth- stage tech companies.
