Our team of experienced and highly skilled tradesmen are fully licensed to perform all shop-fitting, timber and joinery services. Senior Sales and Accounts Manager

  • We are looking for a Senior Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. Someone passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring our clients’ vision turns into exceptional, tangible results.

What you’ll do:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication on project timelines, updates, and progress.
  • Develop client confidence through updates and reporting.
  • Align client expectations with design, cost and execution timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and design changes with clients directly.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Build long-term trust by educating clients on our design and build process.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support early-stage negotiations and handoffs for project delivery.

Sales & Business Development

  • Track business metrics like revenues, new acquisitions, deactivations, and engagement on a regular basis and ensure all meet set targets
  • Maintain timely invoicing and collection
  • Planning & execution of promotional campaigns along with carriers
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Spearhead tailored proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Represent Timber World’s craftsmanship and design excellence at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong background in sales, account management ideally within a bespoke manufacturing or creative production environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in an environment with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Solid business acumen and a genuine passion for delivering value to clients.

  • Sales experience in interior solutions is a plus.
